Pay to post an event

    Is / are there ways to require a Pay to post? For example;

    A. For event “poster” to first pay a per event fee?
    B. For event “poster” to pay an annual fee that would include a certain number of posts?
    C. A “User” use to allow other advertising companies to post events on a discounted bases or to pay them a tiered advertiser income?
