Pay Site Authors On Multisite

If I have correctly understood your needs, you’re asking if there is kind of a “network stats page”, right? If that’s the case, no, that’s currently not available. However, it was a couple of years ago, so if you are a developer and want to dig into the code on releases before PPC 2.0, you should find something that can be used to achieve that.
I’ve never worked to re-use that code in current versions cause it looked a feature useful to very few people…

No, I am not a developer. I will price the hiring of one. Where can I get a version that is pre-2.0? Alternatively, I presume I could develop a small script that polls all blogs merely for blog id along with current data from the stats tables. Possible?

Disagree. I think there is a market (Pro?) for this feature, as it may be something that many people have not thought of. May even be larger than this model, once bloggers see the NYT model at about.com.

Actually, it looks like I was mistaken. I remember to have written some code for this feature, but apparently it has never been released and I don’t have it anymore. Do you have a deadline? I may try to think how much time it would take to develop this and maybe release it as an addon… Thoughts?

No deadline. Just a feature I would like to implement.

I have a niche topic site, and I think I can attract some authors if I have this feature as it would not only give them an opportunity to promote their own site, but provide a resource for folks with a need for information in this area.

Without suggesting a price level, I’d pay a reasonable price for a well coded addon that did this.

I’ve been thinking about this for a while and I’m afraid I don’t have enough time as of now to start working on it. Full integration with PPC and PRO (including ability to pay writers and stuff like that would require too much time/effort compared to what I could commit now)…
