Pay-per-View Videos?

Paid Membership Subscriptions looks like a very robust solution, perhaps more robust than our simple project requires … We have no need for a robust membership or online courses, etc..

Can PMS facilitate simply offering a few YouTube videos on our site, for which users can pay a small one-time fee to view each video? Perhaps using our existing PayPal account?

Are any other plugins required to do the above?
