pay per post box is gone

    Dear support
    Suddenly the box of ( pay per post ) inside post page is disappeared, and any post i update it it gone away and not linked to the product it was linked to to open it to users

    and now i cant see the pay per post box in the post page to link it to a product, i see only custom field ( wc_pay_per_post_product_ids ) and when i write the product id beside it its still not working!

    hey @kr4tech I received your support email as well. I followed up there and will post a resolution / update on this ticket with what we find out.

    Couple things to check

    1.) Screen Options – In the upper right corner click screen options and make sure the Pay for Post Meta box is checked on.

    2.) Try to disable block editor integration if you are using that at Admin->Pay for Post->Settings and uncheck block editor integration

    3.) Try creating a new admin user and log in as that and see if the meta box appears.

    It works with another admin. Is there a way to solve the admin that doesn’t see the box on the pages?! Or is it a delete & create a new one and move on?!

    I am glad the new admin account works. It appears then there must be some corrupt data in your usermeta table for that admin user. The easiest thing to do would be to just delete your old admin account and use the new one. Or just downgrade that admin user to a subscriber and use your new admin account.
