Pay Pal Help

I have Appointment plugin Booked and I can’t figure out the sequence of steps to get it to work with hourly booking in the calendar where the users have to log in first to be able to pick appointment times then get redirected right to paypal to pay for the booking, I did not see that after I set it all up. I do see confirmation emails but there are still no links or redirects to paypal. I am not finished with the site design yet and it is still in a temp domain, could that be the problem?
