pay order button from my account – no redirect to paypal

    We have a woocommerce online shop and we’re using the paypal plus for woocommerce plugin by inpsyde.

    I have the following problem: A customer canceled a paypal payment. Now when logging in to my account there is a button next to the order saying “pay”. This button leads to a checkout page and automatically tries to redirect to paypal. This is when nothing happens anymore. In the console I get the following error message:

    Uncaught could not get URLs payPalplus.min.js?ver=1583084002:25

    What is the problem here? How can I fix this?

    I have just tested it on our site and there all was working fine. Please let me do more tests. In the meantime can you please test it too when all other plugins are deactivated?

    Hi,

    sorry for this late reply. But I found the solution now: I am using the plugin Germanized and in the settings you can allow or not allow the customer to change the payment method for your canceled order from your account. When it was not allowed the redirect to paypal started automatically and wouldn’t work because of the error above. But now that I switched to allow the redirect to paypal works.

    I reported this issue to the Germanized plugin too.

    Thank you for suggesting the deactivation of other plugins!
