    Hello,

The pay later calculation (eg, pay in 3 interest-free payments os £30.00) only seems to show on flex sizes 1×1 and 1×4.

Sizes 20×1 and 8×1 just display the default message: ‘Buy now, pay later’

Is there a way to show the calculation on all flex sizes?

    Thanks

    Hi @ckcreativedesign,

Both the 8×1 and 20×1 banners are displaying the rates for me though:

Could you share a link to an example where this would not be the case?

Besides, the plugin itself does not generate the banners but instead requests them with the relevant data from PayPal. Depending on whether or not the item/cart would be eligible for Pay Later, PayPal would provide different types of banners.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi @niklasinpsyde,

You can view the page via: https://www.poundsperweek.co.uk/product/tad343/
(I currently have set it to flex 8×1 so you can see this)

    See screenshots for examples:

    flex 1×1: https://ibb.co/k1sk6qF

    flex 8×1: https://ibb.co/0cYMY9D

Alternatively, do you know of a way I can edit the font size of the ‘text’ option? It seems to be embedded within the iframe.

    Many thanks

    Hi @ckcreativedesign,

Thanks, but that’s strange. Could you maybe try a different browser or as a logged-out user?
Because with the 8×1 banner, I can still see the expected text on your site:
    https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=15LxrXBLjK9bHtkGCR83DovInqced0Crq

What I also don’t quite understand is why the banner says “Learn more Learn more” on your site. I have never seen that before.
Do you have a staging site where you could check if this behavior persists when you disable all other plugins? A conflict appears rather unlikely to me, but it would be good to rule it out.
A second thing to test would be to connect a sandbox account to check for an account-related problem.
If this only happens with your live PayPal account and not with a sandbox one, then it may be worth additionally reaching out to the PayPal Merchant Technical support to have them check the Pay Later configuration for your account.

I can’t quite judge why PayPal delivers a different banner to you, but I will bring it up with our developers.
We don’t have any control over the iframe content beyond the available styling settings in the plugin. PayPal takes care of the rest automatically. So I’m afraid there’s no easy way to edit the font size for the text-based messaging.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
