    Hi

    The Pay in 3 payment message is not showing on the single product page front-end view – only on checkout.

    The message customization is also not visible within the WooCommerce settings.

    Is the single product page built with a third-party page builder, by chance?
    Also, is it only the messaging that doesn’t load or also the smart buttons?

    The message customization is also not visible within the WooCommerce settings.

    In the latest update 2.0, the Pay Later configuration was moved into a new Pay Later tab: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#pay-later-tab

    To better judge this, could you please share with us a link to your site or better a copy of your WooCommerce system report?
    The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    Also, is it only the messaging that doesn’t load or also the smart buttons? – Only the messaging not visible. The products on the site are variable products – so the buttons are visible once the user has selected their various product options.

    The message customization is also not visible within the WooCommerce settings.

    To better judge this, could you please share with us a link to your site or better a copy of your WooCommerce system report? – Can I send System Report through to you privately?

    Hi @designtwo2,

    The Pay Later features including the new settings tab are only loaded when your WooCommerce store location is set to an eligible country: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#pay-later-eligibility
    Otherwise, the settings are automatically hidden.
    But you can send us a private message with a copy of your system report from here as it helps us better understand the site configuration: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
