Hello @rosalitoudtohan
thank you for clarifying this issue. In this situation, I can not really test it, since I would only see the error when I place the order, but I think I might know what is causing this issue.
First of all: what plugin are you using to add the extended warranty costs?
Currently, we are working on a bug we found that is being caused when additional costs are being added at a later stage. The issue shows in the PayPal pop up in a way that the product details are not being shown (drop-down item next to the price in the top right of this popup). I am wondering if this could also cause the additional costs not to flow through. We are working on a fix for this issue. For your case, I am far from sure if it is related. I am checking with our developers on this.
Would it be possible to provide us with a staging site, so we can take a look at your setup? If you are ok with this, it is probably best to open a Service Desk ticket, so we can exchange details more securely. You can open such a ticket via these instructions: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/how-to-request-support-via-widget-on-the-website/
Let me know how you want to proceed.
Kind regards,
Joost
