I have a question about the payment method:

Is it possible to have a method where the order is pending for payment? The idea would be to accumulate all customer orders and charge at the end of their presence. I created a website for a small inn and it would be nice to have this option, because, when the customer’s stay ends, the owner would pull all his orders and charge.

In the settings of WooCommerce POS it is possible to change the status to “processing” for example, but by changing the status the order would already be completed, as it was paid.
