    We have ongoing issues with payment pending. The customers tried to purchase via pay in 4 and all of the orders are pending. What could be the reason for this issue?

    we are aware of an ongoing issue with payments getting left in the “pending payment” state and are working on that. However, this should not just be for Pay-in-4 payments. Can you test that this is not just for that payment type?

    The issue we see is that some payments are not going through, in that time they generate a new order and leave the original one as “pending payment”. However, the newly created order should continue to work with the buyer and it should work out. However, we understand that the duplicate order is confusing for the customer and merchant and we are working on getting this resolved.

    Hi @joostvandevijver the issue only exists when the customer selects the Pay-in-4 payments. Only the orders with that payment are stuck with pending status. The other payments are working fine.

    we have had an issue pop up, that payments are not getting the correct status and remain in pending payment, but for you, this only happens for the Pay-in-4 option, which is not the case for the known issue. When we tested this the order goes to “processing” status, so there must be something different in the setup of your website or PayPal account.

    I would recommend checking if there is anything issue with your PayPal account (contact them and ask if they can check) and next to that, we could have a look at your setup.
