PAY FOR SUPPORT

  • I just installed this plugin. Don’t seem to load faster post/comments for the default wordpress comment form and other comment areas on the site.

    To pay $19-$20 what kind of support are we getting anyway? How many times for support? And still we have to fix it our-self too? Not everyone knows coding, developing, etc.

    Why can you make a working plugin for onetime pay? Then give the purchaser free support like other plugins developers…

    Is this a 6 months support like other plugin who gives? Ok, What if we need more help to get it going and etc. What if no answers or can’t getting going? Are we loosing the money and no working plugin, any refund?
