Pay for Order Page not Displaying ECE Button

I see how this can be confusing when the Express Checkout buttons aren’t showing up as expected on the Pay for Order page, especially when they work fine elsewhere on your site.

To move forward, please ensure that your theme and any customizations are not affecting the display of the buttons. Sometimes themes can override the default WooCommerce templates.

Next, confirm that you have the latest versions of both WooCommerce and the Stripe gateway plugin. If you haven’t yet, try updating them to see if that helps. We recommend backing up your site before pushing updates.

Could you also verify the settings for your Stripe gateway to ensure that Payment Request Buttons are enabled? If they are on for regular checkout, they should ideally also appear on the Pay for Order page.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please send us the system status report (SSR) so we can look at your site’s setup and find any other possible causes. Also to test on our end if you have a URL for your site we can inspect. You can find the SSR by going to WooCommerce → Status, selecting Get system report, and then Copy for Support.

I’ve tried with the default Storefront theme and still the same issue, pay for order isn’t displaying the payment button. Across the site it’s there but on that page, still nothing. I know it’s updated as the link button appears above the card details but the payment button doesn’t

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

There’s the status log and as you can see everything is up to date and working

I checked the Order Pay link you shared and I can confirm that I do not see Express Payment buttons.
Then I visited the checkout page and noticed that Express Payment buttons were also not appearing there.

You previously mentioned that the ECE Express Payment buttons appear on the checkout page.
Could you share a screenshot with me? This will help me understand why I do not see them.

When taking a screenshot of the checkout page, open the Console tab in the browser so I can check any JavaScript errors or warnings.

They are there as with Woo Stripe is appears at the top on the left, not in the Pay with Card option. So not sure what you’re wanting me to show when it’s clearly there and on the Pay for Order it’s not

To clarify, I checked the ‘Pay Order’ and ‘Checkout’ pages, but the content isn’t displaying. I’ve attached screenshots of both pages from my side.

Since you mentioned it’s visible on the checkout page on your end, please share a screenshot of your checkout page so I can better understand the issue.

I can see your website has a number of customizations. Could you please disable all the plugins on your site and switch to the Storefront theme so we can conduct further checks and conflict test?

Same problem that Pay for Order doesn’t display the ECE button. Not sure why it’s not showing for your visit to the site seeing as I had someone pay for their order this morning using Apple Pay. So it does appear on checkout as how would customers be using it?! It’s the Order Pay that it doesn’t appear as per the link mentioned above with the test order
