Pay for Order is redirected to Your cart is currently empty

    Hi
    i hope anyone can help me with my payment problem

    we have woocommerce plugin and we are connecting it with MPGS Payment Gateway WooCommerce with API for the bank and everything is working correctly on the bank end but after I created the invoice manually for the client and send them the invoice when they try to pay by clicking Pay For Order they should redirect to the bank page to insert the card info but they are redirected to empty cart page

    (there are no items or anything we sell on the website we only create the invoice for the client based on the services he required from us)

    I tried to troubleshoot the problem by trying to deactivate every plugin except the woocommerce and MPGS plugin but the problem is still the same

    if you have any solution or suggestions please provide it in clear easy steps or in video on youtube as I’m not a developer just a regular user that can fix small steps if was something simple

    did your checkout problem resolved..
    as I mm also using the same plugin and trying to integrate Im also getting error

    the problem was in the coding called (callback) that connects the bank and the website together
    i couldn’t resolve this issue so i employed a developer and he wrote the missing code and solved the issue for me
    and now the system is working fine

    Hi @jincygeorge0001 ,

    The screenshot you shared (https://prnt.sc/tmi94g) is not an error!

    This is the MasterCard emulator to test transactions. Since you are using a test Merchant Account you will see this emulator to be able to test it. Once you go live by using the live Merchant account you will not be seeing it anymore.

    For now, to proceed, all that you need to do is to click submit and proceed. Or you can specify different Authentication Result from the dropdown and then hit submit.

    I’m facing “Your Cart Is Currently Empty” issue when I add products to cart on mobile and desktop as well.

    Could you please help me.

    I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps but the issue persists.
