Does this plugin offer deposit payments even on Pay for Order (form-pay.php) checkout of woocommerce? Or only for the default checkout?

Hi, thanks for contacting us. Currently, we have no option for deposit selection option the checkout Pay for Order page as the order is already created. Usually, orders created from the backend by admin and shared payment link to the customer have the option to pay from the Pay for Order checkout page. In our premium version, we have the option to create orders with deposit from the backend. Thanks!

I see, is there a way I can customize the plugin so it works with Pay for Order checkout, meaning that the order will be split into installments as soon as the order is created programmatically? On your premium version, can I customize it to make this happen?

Hi, In our premium version plugin option is available to add a deposit from the backend order edit page that is already created. You can test this from our demo website (https://woo-deposits.demo2.acowebs.com/wp-admin/). If you require any kind of clarification then you can use the live chat support provided on the Acowebs website. Hope you can check this from your end. Thanks!

I cant create an admin order with deposit and installments at all, it always is full payment. I have changed the settings and forced installments on all orders but still doesnt work. Its the demo you sent me, can you explain how can I set installments for backend orders?

First, you need to create a normal order with all your product items and publish it. Then on that page, you can see a “Recalculate deposit” button near the normal recalculate button. You need to press that button and add your required deposit. Then you need to update the order again. Hope you follow these steps.?If you require any kind of clarification then you can use the live chat support provided on the?Acowebs website. Hope you can check this from your end. Thanks!

Okay, I see. Can this all happen programmatically? Do you offer any actions/filters so I can integrate the plugin with my theme through custom code, and all of this happen programmatically without the admin having to do it manually? Also, can I programmatically set if a specific order will be done through payment plan with deposit and isntallments (we have already set on your plugin Payment Plans), or without installments (default order)?

Hi, as this is related to the pro version and custom development, we recommend using our Acowebs support forum. I hope you’ll be able to use that service. Thanks!
