Pay by Bitcoin and Ethereum only

  • Hi, I only want to receive payments by Bitcoin and Ethereum only, I don’t want other currencies show up. Please let me know how to set this up. Thanks.

    So only add BTC and ETH wallets in your MCC settings.

    Thanks for quick reply, I added Bitcoin is fine but can’t add ETH, I tried to add another like Dogecoin is fine, just can’t add ETH, I’m not sure if it’s only from my end, I’ll try later again

    What did MCC say when you tried to add your 0x ETH address?

    It says ‘The address must be exactly 42 characters long.’

    My address is the same. I don’t know why.

    No spaces before or after the address?

    If not, go ahead and email us a link to the blockchain explorer showing the address being used. [email protected]
