Pay before registration

  • Hi Guys,
    My client have a some requirements like
    1. He want the user to pay before registration. Is this possible? Please tell me is their any free or premium plugin available for this. I am OK with the premium plugin. Just tell me the name.

    2. He want to add some default content in portfolio post editor(Note that not in blog post editor). Please tell me if there is any plugin available for this purpose. Thank you.
