Unfortunately, we don’t have any feature to link bank transfers to ad payments at this time.
That being said, typically our users who do this will often create a free fee plan called “Pay by bank transfer” and have those users checkout with that plan. It is recommended to have the approval status set to pending while they wait for the transfer to arrive. I hope that helps.
