Pause subscription for 10days

    Is it possible to let users pause their subscription for any number of days? This would include pausing their monthly payments too.

  • Customers cannot pause their subscriptions themselves, but Admin can through the payment gateway.
    Pausing payments will expire the customer’s subscription within RCP when renewal time occurs, however, this can be updated when re-activating one’s payment.
