Patterns, Pages, and Kits tabs are empty, and no featured image for posts.

    I’m using Spectra/Pro and the Patterns, Pages, and Kits tabs are empty, and there are no featured image options for posts. I have tried rolling back the version number as far as 2.12.2 but it did not help. The only option that restores the featured image option is deactivating Spectra.
