Patreon Donate Link?

The other day I set up a crowdfunding page on Patreon.com for my podcast as suggested on the “Feeds” tab in the Blubrry PowerPress settings for syndicating a donation link. I pasted in the URL for my Patreon page in the Donation URL field, but I am not seeing a Donate link anywhere on our WordPress blog posts or in the feed. Is there supposed to be one? I assumed this would be automatic, but it’s not explained very well how this is actually supposed to appear on my site. This page was also not very helpful about this:
