Patreon can’t access website post

I make patreon account last July 19th. Patreons that pledged last month can access my patreon only content on my website (noobjepun.com). But newer patreons that register this month cannot access the premium content. They can login as patreon subscriber, but when they click refresh link (under the locked post) , and click allow app, they will be brought back to the post, still locked. This only happen to newer patreon. Please assist. Thank you.
