Path to package gives 404

    Hi,

    I’ve ftpd the installer and package to an otherwise empty folder called DUP at https://****.us/public_html/DUP/installer.php

    I get a 404 resource not found. I’ve tried putting the DUP folder at different levels and adjusting the path, but still a 404.

    Any ideas what might be happening?
