Path Mistake / A way to fix?

I was working with my blog and all was well until I decieded I wanted an into “splash page”. I called it index.htm. Seemed fine but I then clicked out the about page and instead of showing the about page, it showed the splash page?

I thought, no problem, I went into admin options and set the default path to the index.php file instead of the default root blog directory. BIG MISTAKE. Now everything is hosed…

Is there a way / file I can manually edit now to get the path set back? I can’t even log in anymore…
