path for icon for PDF is wrong

    the path for the icon is
    http:…/plugins/custom_pos_type_pdf_attachment/pdf.png
    rather than
    http:…/plugins/custom_post_type_pdf_attachment/pdf.png
    so I had to rig up a messy fix by creating a separate folder under plugins, called custom_pos_type_pdf_attachment and uploading the image there.

    Please download the new updated version. Missing PDF icon path is fixed.
