I’m constantly getting this message “Remote path must be under WP_CONTENT_DIR”

My path is set to /lang/. I can’t see why the plugin keeps throwing this error message at me. The other paths are a waste of time, since I’ve lost all the previous translations. Also, I can’t stand losing translation on each and every theme update.

    Here’s the error message

“/lang” is not under WP_CONTENT_DIR. That’s why you keep seeing the message.

Loco treats all relative paths as relative to WP_CONTENT_DIR, so just use “lang” without a leading slash.

    Thanks!

I’ve tried to remove the slash too, and after an hour of testing I’ve found out that the best bet was choosing the custom Loco path.

Before starting to translate, I’ve deleted all language files on both core and languages folders, and then renamed the en_US.pot to extra.pot

That way, it didn’t come up with sync errors when translating to Spanish (Argentina).
