patch not working for Prestashop 1.6.1.11 ?

    Hello. I’m trying to make the patch modifications work on my shop.php but it doesn’t work, i’m desperate.
    I am using Prestashop 1.6.1.11 and WordPress 4.7.3, the line numbers mentionned in the patch don’t match to the ones in my shop.php and I think that could be the reason of my mistakes when trying to apply the patch.

    Could anyone help me with that ?
