Pasting hyperlink unavailable in editing menu

    I have a Advanced Data Table (Essential Addons for Elementor) inserted in a webpage. I have text in each column of the table. I want the text in the final column to be a download link for a document. I can select the text to bring up the black menu bubble which has a link option available. When I select the link option and try to paste the permalink to the document (by right clicking) the paste option is greyed out. I can type the whole hyperlink in by hand but this takes an age and would be prone to errors. Another work around is to exit Elementor and add the links to the text using the default WordPress editor, which is not ideal. Any suggestions why the paste option is not available and how to fix it?

    Hope you are doing well.

    Actually, the paste option that you get after the right clicking is basically for pasting the widgets/elements or the content from the text editors. In the Advanced Data Table widget, if you want to paste the link to the text, then you can paste the URL by pressing ctrl/cmd + V and press Enter.     To select the all words at once, you can take the cursor at the end of the sentence and press shift + click at first of the sentence, then paste the copied URL by pressing ctrl/cmd + V and press Enter. Please check this screencast: https://d.pr/v/i9lGh9
