    Hi!
My team just bought this plugin, and we are stuck in the process of adding a new form. (license + app information is already set).

When we add a new form, we need to paste form HTML form InfusionSoft, but doing so and then saving the form, the output is changed for ‘Something went wrong…’.

Is this something anyone else encountered?
Is this caused by developing on a local server or protected environment?
    What are my options?

    Thank you!

    Additional in formations:
    – Using plugin version : 6.4.13
    – WP : 4.8.1
    – Local Server (dev server)

    Hi!

Sometimes the unformatted HTMl differs bewteen versions of Infusionsoft. To be safe all you need to do is use the import form feature in the first tab of the form settings.

Select a from from the drop down and one click import.

    Hope that helps!

May I ask you another related question?
After importing my form, any change to the html markup seems to be ignored while saving the form. I wanted to wrap some “infusion-field” to make it easier to style as a list field options.

Is this somewhat possible or am I stuck with infusion markup only?

There is a very strict cleaning algorithm to the HTML to protect the integrity of the HTML to avoid 640 and 960 infusionsoft form errors. HTML you can add freely includes the following tags. img, p, h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6.

    hope that answers your question.
