• Great concept, poor execution against WP3.8

Worked great while editing post – I noticed that I used more screenshots than usual and was willing to redo them for less-than-critical reasons – perfect!

Then I saved the post and saw lost image icons all over my post. Including a couple images that I had uploaded before installing this plugin. That’s why the very low rating – high cost of fail. Support is a series of tubes/signups – no thanks.

I checked the URLs to the mssing image icons and they all started with a weird prefix in front of my URL: https://i2.wp.com huh?

I deactivated the plugin and the images now show up. They have names that are generated so if you want to find them you will have to do some work. Will be looking for a different solution.

    Hi,

Thank you for your attempt of use of the Image Elevator plugin. Sorry to hear that you faced with the troubles. But the issues you faced are not the normal behaviour of the plugin. That should be fixed.

The support is so easy as possible. Just create your ticker on your website: https://support.onepress-media.com/create-ticket/

We have just updated the plugin. Plese try the current version of the plugin.

    Paul
