Past year become worst

  • So much problems, bugs..
    Auto update not work, used unused elements/modules in backend dashboard, not work…

    Before a year (around) was excellent work fine, but now i am a verry disappointed….

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We checked that the auto update, used and unused elements/modules in backend dashboard works fine. Maybe you mistake or missing something to understand it. We request you to follow the below instructions-
    1. Update your plugin and clear your cache.
    2. Make ensure that you enable the Usage Data Sharing option From Elementor settings. Please enable it. Please see the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/be1_2q6JSe9n
    3. Please go to the Ementor > system info > hit the Recalculate button and then you will get the actual data for the used widget/elements information and then compare it with Element Pack dashboard > used widgets. Please see the demo screenshot – https://prnt.sc/8DNWOKfD_YVV
