Past events still not showing up

So i found a closed topic on this, and the persons issue fixed when they messed around with deactivating plugins and re-installing. I have not had the same luck. I deactivated all plugins and the issue still was still there. If i uninstall event manager, how do i re-install it, and will i lose my data – i know deactivating it does not lose info but does uninstalling it?

Latest version of wordpress but this is a custom designed theme that I DID NOT CREATE. was just brought in after the fact.
