Past Events not showing in admin

  • I just upgraded to 5.5.5 and now I cannot see past events in my events list in admin. The number of events is right and I can see the events on my page of events, but I cannot edit them in admin because it is not showing on the list. I need to remove the sample events that come with the plugin and I can’t.

    did you try to change the scope filter to ‘Past Events’ ?

    I suspect this may related to Backend event search scopes broken as reported 5 days ago.

    I did try changing the filter to past events. It doesn’t show then either. Need to figure this out as my client wants her past events to show too. It will do that on the frontend, but I need to delete the sample events in order to do that and they are not showing up in the backend.

    Hi Kathy, as a temporary workaround you can use the Adminer plugin to delete the rows directly from the database. Just be sure to backup your db first to avoid headache from accidentally deleting something.

    Hi Daedalon. Yeah, I actually accessed the database through CPanel/phpMyAdmin and deleted those rows. Thanks!
