past events not dropping off

I’m using this code in a template:

eme_get_events_list("paging=1&limit=0&template_id=2&scope=this_week&show_recurrent_events_once=1");

But it’s not displaying the events list as expected. It will give me the week’s pagination, but it displays events from the beginning of time through the end of the week, and when I page to next week, it again shows events from the beginning of time to the end of that week.

I’ve also tried removing some of the options, but am still getting the old events listed every week.

eme_get_events_list("paging=1&limit=0&scope=this_week");

How can I get it to not list past events?
