Past Events List sort direction

The list I’m getting is sorted from 2010 to 2014, I can’t seem to get the list to be ordered in the reverse order, so the most recent past event is displayed at the top/first. I read through the other post relating to this (3 years ago) and tried their solutions with no such luck. Below I have a link to Past Events generated by the plugin:

I upgraded to the latest version and that didn’t fix the issue either.
