I tried to add the password field in the registration form, but the choosen pass doesnt work after the user is approved. Instead the user must click on the reset link to get a new password.
Thats a bit confusing, is there a way to disable the reset link email and let the user shoose a password from the registration form?

yes, the meta keys are in both places “user_password”

i disabled the ssl for the whole site now, its still the same problem.
    Thank you for your empathy!

Do all of the other options match for the password fields between the two forms (registration and login) — e.g., allow user to change field is yes, etc.? Did you try the settings shown in the screenshots?

    I found it!
I had a custom registration form active.
Just deleted the custom form and switched back to the default one, now it works ??

Thank you very much for your help, feel free to download some music from the site if you like.

That’s great! Thanks for letting me know!

Thanks for helping out on the forum ??

@verysiberian, dude, you saved my site and quite possible my life tooo ??
    Thanks for all your help.
@ultimatemember, you made a mistake regarding the default register and the default login form. Meta password meta in the register form is pass_word, in the login form is user_password.
So what helped me is i inserted the predifined password with user_password meta into the default register form, tested it(yes, verysibiran, on my own ;)), and now it works like a charm.
Nevertheless, @ultimatemember, you made an mazing plugin!
