Passwords

Hello Themis,

Finally now, after some months of development I can get to using your plugin that has been sitting and waiting for some time. You’ve made some great updates!

What I am wondering about are two things:

1. Passwords

I set a password into a my initial settings, but for the life of me cannot remember what it is and must change it. I then ran a test on the meeting invite recipient but that user was not asked for a password at all. Where can I read more about how passwords work with Buddymeet? I understand that the meeting creator & first to enter the meeting will not see / use a password… but how do the other users get to know what that password is?

2. Scheduling Meetings

I use Zoom typically for training groups because of breakout rooms, but will use Buddymeet for individual coaching meetings… I know I can invite ‘on the fly’ in Buddymeet…but CAN I SCHEDULE MEETINGS IN ADVANCE on a calendar date with users? If so how…?
