Passwords?

  • I’m just testing my confirguration, and there is no option for people to choose a password on registration. New members are not given a password in the order notification email from WooCommerce (PMP doesn’t appear to have sent any of my trial memberships an email), so how can members log in again in future? I appear to be missing something that no one else is!

    My mistake – I had the option to generate automatic username and password checked (although nothing was issued in the email to new registrations). I’ve now unchecked these options (for anyone else: Dashboard>WooCommerce>Settings>Accounts = Account Creation at the bottom of the Accounts page)and users can now create their own login details on their first check out.
