Passworded page not working

A page that I had password protected is not displaying. I have attempted to remove the password and I still get the password prompt. The toolbar above the page also does not display. This is a new issue with this page/site.

I see people reporting this problem on much older version of WP but nothing recently. The page is nerdt.org/meetings/
