{password_reset_link} not working

I am referencing placeholders from this page:
https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1340-placeholders-for-email-templatesI am using the {password_reset_link} placeholder in the “Account Welcome Email” email template, but it is not creating a link in the email.
All I have done to the template is replace the {login_url} placeholder with the {password_reset_link} placeholder.
Any ideas how to get it to work?
