• We noticed recently on our website that if you enter a password wrong, there is no modal pop-up that notifies you that you entered the password wrong. It just sends you to the home page with no message showing that you entered your password wrong. Can anyone help us identify the issue? We are using a simple banner on the website and we have a slider on the top of the home page. Could it be hiding the password wrong message?

  • The default WordPress login form at https://example.com/wp-login.php still shows the error message.

If your custom front-end login/registration form isn’t working as expected, you’ll need to seek help from the developer that built this custom feature for you.

Is this a feature of the Manon theme you’re using? If so, please reach out to the theme’s vendor for help with this, as Manon is a commercial theme and we don’t have access to the code of commercial themes where to install and help out.

On the other hand, if this feature is from a plugin, please reach out to the specific plugin’s author for help.

    Good luck!
