Password to enter site

Wondering if anyone has used any plugin to password protect entry into the site. I don’t want to set up accounts for everybody. It would really just be almost like if I could use an age verification on the entire site. You can’t view anything on the site unless you enter your age. Except, I would just like a simple key to get onto the page. Thanks in advance.
