Password strength checking – any plans for this?

We allow users to choose their password in the WP-Members registration form and to change it via the WP-Members user details update. At the moment there is nothing to stop a user choosing a very weak password.

Now that WordPress has put more emphasis on choosing a strong password, do you have any plans to include (or have an option to include) the WordPress password strength meter in your password changing process? I am guessing that it could be incorporated into the function wpmem_change_password, along the lines described here https://code.tutsplus.com/articles/using-the-included-password-strength-meter-script-in-wordpress–wp-34736
