    Hi;
    The password change on the accounts is currently set at 12 characters and this is too long. Is there are way to change this setting to the normal 8 characters? Thanks

    (Hint: The password should be at least twelve characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & )

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jeffcaffrey, we actually do have an 8 character minimum. Are you using any other plugins that might be forcing the 12, perhaps WooCommerce?The page you linked to above does look like it’s a Woo page, and in that case it’s using the Woo password reset functionality, not ours.

    Hi,
    Yes, you’re right. The shortcode in the account page is a Woocommerce shortcode. Thanks.

    The dilemma I have now, and I’m not sure if this is your domain, but the ‘Edit Profile’ link in the LearnDash profile doesn’t take me to a place to edit my profile. Looking through their support, there also doesn’t seem to be a shortcode that sends users to a page to edit their profile. The only one available is the Woocommerce code. Is there an easy way to resolve this that I’m missing?
