    Hi,

I don’t have a page I need help with. The link I added is to a previous topic that was closed. I added it because it is what I want to do but no solution was given.

Basically, I have a Form created with GravityForms and it will add information to ACF fields in a custom post type. This will be submitted by the Visitor on the front end. Basically creating a custom post on the front end.

I want to have the Visitor add a password in the GravityForm, store it in a ACF field, and then use that with your plugin.

I think the other topic poster explained it better:

“Hello, I am using elementor and acf with acf frontend to let the user edit his own posts from the frontend. What I want to achieve is to let the user set a password for the post. The elementor widget of ppwp has no dynamic option in the password field. Is there any other option to grab the password from advanced custom
    Fields?”

Can I do this with your plugin? How can I dynamically generate a password from an ACF field?

Thanks and have a great day!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @saitori,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Yes, it looks possible with our plugins.

Just to confirm, can your users set passwords only or also protect their own posts from the front end?

Please also provide us with the following information:

    1. A sample page URL where your users can create posts
    2. A screenshot/screencast showing your full Edit page in the backend

You might want to send these details to our support email – hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com so that our team can support you faster.
