Password sent from system does not use the template

    Hy guys,

    I am currently trying to get the password reset emails to use the template that the standard password reset emails use.

    Currently, in the back end go to user accounts and click the send password reset. The email uses the standard template. If I do it from the front end it uses the kadence template. Is there something additional that I need to do?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please note that this plugin will only take effect on WooCommerce-related emails. If you are clicking the reset password via the WordPress Users dashboard, that will use the default WordPress email.

    On the other hand, if the user clicks on the reset password link on the WooCommerce [website_URL]/my-account/lost-password/ endpoint, that should use the Customer Reset Password template.
