password retrieval delivers garbage

  • One of my users lost her password and comes to me (admin) for help … I point out the friendly ‘Lost Password’ button and she tries and I try on a second test-user account … and we both are getting the very informative email:

    I have searched the forum before posting and found something called ‘phpmyadmin’ to potenially help me? I have basically no SQL knowledge besides setting up the database. I am in a mac environment and I am running WP 1.2.2

    any help ?
