Password Reset Redirection

Hello WP User Manager Support!
Thank you so much for the great plugin!I have an issue in our site where the password-reset redirection from the login screen is not working.
After clicking the Lost your password?link the page goes here:https://siteurl/wordpress/?redirect_to=%2Fwordpress%2Fpassword-reset%2FIf I try going to the link directly
https://siteurl/wordpress/password-reset, it also fails.Thanks!

Yes, I had the redirection setup and the page existed because it was working before.
Reinstalling the plugin and fixed the issue.Thank you again for your help!
