Password Reset page redirecting to Login

  • My login page has the “reset your password” link redirecting back to login (slug goes from “/login/” to “/login/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2F(mywebsiteurl)%2Fpassword-reset%2F”

    I’ve set the UM access settings to allow /password-reset/ (just as a slug) as well as (mysiteurl)/password-reset/ and nothing is working. Would appreciate help!

    Hi @bugfixinplzhelp,

    Have you assigned password reset page in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages?
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your conflicts and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thank you. Unfortunately, I can’t do a conflict test—my site is active and has a base set of users who need to retain their activity for the next few months. Do you have any advice given that situation?
