Password reset page not opening

Please check https://www.dgzn.nl
When a not logged in visitor forgot their password, clicking on ‘Wachtwoord vergeten?’ should go to https://www.dgzn.nl/password-reset/ (check by hovering the link).But instead you get to see this link:
https://www.dgzn.nl/login/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dgzn.nl%2Fpassword-reset%2FThe weird thing is, that as an admin i can normally open https://www.dgzn.nl/password-reset/ but not as guest.
I get very confused of all possible settings, so i can use some help here.
